Chopped Walnut and Date Loaf Recipe

- 225g of chopped dates
- 280g of all-purpose flour
- 5g of baking powder

- 200g of brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 5ml of vanilla extract
- 125ml of melted unsalted butter
Let's get started!
Preheat your oven to 180°C and grease a 22x13cm loaf pan.
In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
In a large bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
