What we collect
When you order, we collect your name, email address, delivery address, phone number, and the details of your order — including any text you ask us to engrave. If you create an account we also store your login details and order history. If you contact us, we keep that correspondence so we can help you.
We do not collect information we do not need. We never ask for identity documents, and we do not store credit card numbers.
Why we collect it
To make and deliver your order, to contact you about it, to handle returns or warranty claims, and to meet our record-keeping obligations.
Payment
We do not see or store full card numbers. Where card payment is offered it is processed by our payment provider, who handles those details directly under their own security obligations.
Who we share it with
Only where it is needed to complete your order:
- our delivery carrier, so your order can be shipped and tracked;
- our payment provider, to process payment;
- service providers who host and maintain this website, under confidentiality obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. Where a provider stores information outside Australia, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with this policy.
Cookies
Some cookies are essential — they keep your cart and your session working, and the site cannot function without them.
Beyond those, our cookie banner lets you accept or decline analytics and marketing cookies, and you can change your choice at any time using Cookie Settings in the footer. At the time of writing we do not run any third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site at all. If that changes, those categories will be governed by your choice in the banner.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them to support the product and to meet our legal and tax obligations, and then we dispose of them securely. Account information is kept until you ask us to close your account.
Accessing and correcting your information
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time. There is no charge for this.
Security
This site is served over an encrypted connection, and access to order information is limited to the people who need it to fulfil your order.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal information, please tell us first so we can put it right. If you are still not satisfied you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
